The Indies showed up. AEW made history. And TNA? TNA just reminded everyone they're still in the game.
🎤THE MAIN EVENT
TNA Wrestling⭐⭐⭐½
TNA is cooking. They just need to trust the recipe.
Two matches and one very honest critique. Let's get into it.
EC3 is back. Six years later and the fire is still there.
EC3's in-ring return to TNA after six years is the story of the week and the revived rivalry with Eric Young is the perfect starting point. It kicked off violently and immediately — exactly how a grudge match with this much history should. But here's what TNA should actually do with this.
Don't let it be a simple singles feud. Think chess. EY and a group of TNA originals are here to dismantle everything EC3 is trying to rebuild — but EY isn't doing the dirty work himself. He's the puppetmaster. The OGs pulling strings behind younger talent who always seem to make EC3's life difficult at the worst possible moment. Layers of mistrust. Unexpected betrayals. Nobody knowing who's really working for whom. That's a storyline that writes itself for six months and keeps the entire roster involved.
The System — strong match, mic problems.
The System IG: Follow @thesystemtna
The System collectively have terrible mic skills and Leon Slater was getting picked apart solo before Moose came out to even the odds. That entrance saved the segment. The match itself though? Genuinely great. A classic handicap dynamic that threw back to Cena and Orton against six men — outnumbered, outgunned, and still finding a way to make it compelling. The System won through numbers and that's exactly the right call. Their strength is their unity. But a rude awakening is coming long term and everyone in that locker room can feel it.
Hot take: The undead storyline needs to go. Now. It's killing momentum and TNA is too good right now to carry dead weight. Cut it and don't look back.

💎THE INDIES
Spotlight: Focus Pro Wrestling
Every week we find a promotion that most people have never heard of and give them the spotlight they deserve. This week that promotion is Focus Pro Wrestling.
Founded in 2022 and still finding their footing — which means they're exactly at the stage where the right eyes can make all the difference. What makes Focus Pro worth watching right now? Their owners Brian Bayside, DC Hannon, and Evan Zalios are fans first. You can see it in every decision they make. This isn't a promotion trying to cash in on a trend. It's three people who love wrestling building something from nothing.
They have a show on April 25th. If you're in the area show up. If you're not — subscribe to their YouTube and tell one person about them. That's how this business grows.

Talent Spotlight — Post Game
Focus Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions
Post Game — Tag Team Champions Follow Vinny Talotta | Follow Mike Walker
Vinny Talotta and Mike Walker. The Post Game. Focus Pro's tag team champions and two names worth writing down right now before the rest of the wrestling world catches on.
Tag team chemistry is one of the hardest things to manufacture in wrestling and these two have it naturally. The potential to move up to a larger stage is real — a promotion like MLW would be a natural next step. A well placed feud to kick things off and Post Game becomes a name the whole wrestling community knows.
Watch the work. Support the grind.
The best thing a fan can do for an indie promotion is show up — physically or digitally. Buy a ticket. Subscribe to their YouTube. Tell a friend. No middleman. No corporate cut. Just wrestlers knowing someone out there is paying attention.
🧠DID YOU KNOW?
The very first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame was none other than the French legend André the Giant — inducted in 1993 during the inaugural ceremony held the night before WrestleMania IX in Las Vegas.
The largest performer in wrestling history was also the first name chosen to represent its legacy forever. That's not a coincidence. That's a statement.
🔥LAST CALL
TNA is building something real with EC3 back in the fold. Focus Pro Wrestling is three people who love this business doing it the right way from the ground up. And Post Game is a tag team the bigger promotions haven't found yet.
We found them first. That's the whole point of Heat Sheet.
